General Orders, No. 152, War Department, Adjutant General's Office, May 28, 1863, are so modified as to appoint Captain R. N. Scott, 4th U. S. Infantry, from that date, senior Aide-de-Camp to the Major General commanding the Army, under section 2d of the act approved September 26, 1850.
